Bystander

In the Card System, a type of card that adds additional effects. Bystander cards represent impartial or neutral characters who may be working in service of a particular player or who are working independently.

A player may have only one of a particular Bystander (distinguished by the Card Name) on the Battlefield at a time, unless the card allows otherwise.
